Nappily Ever After was great as a book but missed the point as a movie. While it was not a total fail, it lacked the depth that the book had to offer.  If you have never read the book, this Netflix film was probably a two thumbs up for you, but once you know something you can unknow it and that is where my problem rests with this film.

There were so many opportunities for this book to outline current events in a fun and cute way, but instead, it just became an instant "b movie" classic. You, know not all bad, but not all that good either.

But don't take my word for it. Go check out the book and the movie and come to your own conclusion.

Happy listening!
